These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, apps, games, and related services provided by Scripto Industries, LLC ("Scripto Industries," "we," "us," or "our"), including Scripto Social Hub (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use a Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. You may connect or manage a third-party account only when you own it or have permission from the account owner.
Some Services allow authorized users to connect social-media accounts and prepare, schedule, upload, or publish content. When you connect an account, you authorize us to access and use the account information and permissions necessary to provide the features you request. You remain responsible for the connected account, its security, the content published through it, and compliance with the applicable platform's terms and policies.
You may revoke access through the relevant social platform or by contacting us. Revoking access may prevent connected features from working.
You retain ownership of content you submit to a Service. You grant Scripto Industries a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, format, and transmit that content solely as needed to operate the Service and carry out your publishing instructions. You represent that you have the rights necessary to use and publish your content.

The Services may interact with third parties such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, Apple, and advertising or analytics providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or actions they take on your account.
Purchases made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another third-party store are also subject to that store's terms. Payment processing, refunds, and billing may be handled by the store rather than by Scripto Industries.
Except for your content and third-party materials, the Services and their software, artwork, designs, trademarks, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Scripto Industries and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of those materials to you.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue all or part of a Service at any time. We may also set or change feature, technical, or usage limits. We do not guarantee that every Service or third-party integration will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated, an account is being used without authorization, or action is necessary to protect the Services, our users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scripto Industries will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected Service during the twelve months before the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Your continued use of a Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
