Social Hub Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Scripto Industries, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Scripto Social Hub, a self-hosted publishing service powered by Postiz. This policy covers the Social Hub service at social.scriptoindustries.com and information processed through its connected social accounts. It does not replace the separate Coin Simulator Privacy Policy.
Social Hub is currently an internal tool for authorized operators managing Scripto Industries and its brands. Public registration is disabled. Connecting an account requires authorization from its owner or an authorized administrator.
Information We Handle
- Operator and account information: email address, name, profile image, organization membership, account identifiers, sign-in information, and service preferences.
- Connected-platform information: account, Page, or channel IDs; usernames; display names; profile pictures and links; profile descriptions; verification status; and available account, audience, post, video, and engagement statistics. The information available depends on the platform, the permissions granted, and the features used.
- Authorization information: access tokens, refresh tokens, permission details, and expiration information that allow the service to act on connected accounts. Social-platform passwords are entered on the platform's own sign-in pages, not collected by Social Hub's account-connection flow.
- Publishing content: uploaded images and videos, captions, titles, descriptions, drafts, schedules, publishing preferences, and publishing results, including post identifiers, links, and error messages. Content may itself contain personal information.
- Technical and support information: IP addresses, browser and request information, authentication events, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and information you send us when requesting support.
How We Use Information
We use this information to authenticate authorized operators, connect the accounts they select, prepare and deliver publishing instructions, display account and content information, provide available analytics, troubleshoot failures, protect the service, maintain recovery backups, and respond to support and privacy requests. We do not sell Social Hub personal information or use connected-account data for targeted advertising.
This installation is not configured to automatically send connected-account data or uploaded media to external AI services for content generation or model training. Any future feature that materially changes how information is used will require an updated disclosure and any necessary authorization.
Platform Connections
Social Hub connects to TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube using their APIs. Permissions may allow it to read account and content information, retrieve available analytics, upload drafts, or publish content as instructed by an authorized operator. Permission availability does not mean every type of information is collected on every connection.
Social Hub uses YouTube API Services. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. YouTube features are also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. The other connected platforms apply their own privacy policies and account controls.
Who Receives Information
- Authorized operators and administrators can access information needed to manage the service and the accounts for which they are responsible.
- Connected social platforms receive authorization requests, API requests, and content submitted to them. A post's audience depends on the platform and the chosen publishing settings.
- Infrastructure and support providers process information needed to deliver their services. Cloudflare provides Social Hub access protection and network delivery. Amazon Web Services hosts and delivers the public legal pages. Email providers process correspondence sent to our support address. External font and icon providers receive ordinary web requests when their assets load.
- We may disclose relevant information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect rights and safety, or respond to a lawful request.
Important: Uploaded Media URLs Are Publicly Reachable
The Social Hub dashboard is access-controlled, but uploaded media is served through publicly reachable URLs so social platforms can fetch it. Anyone who obtains a media URL may be able to view or download that file, even before a post is published. Do not upload confidential material on the assumption that an unpublished draft or a dashboard login makes its media private.
Removing a media item from the library does not necessarily remove the underlying file or invalidate existing URLs. Contact us if you need a file and its public URL removed. Copies already downloaded by others or retained by a social platform are outside our direct control.
Storage, Retention, and Security
Social Hub's application data, authorization tokens, uploaded media, and recovery backups are stored on operator-controlled infrastructure. Network and service providers may process related information in other countries. We use HTTPS, access restrictions, and administrative controls, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention depends on the information's purpose: account and authorization information supports ongoing connections; drafts and media support publishing; publishing records support operations; and logs and backups support security, troubleshooting, and recovery. This installation does not apply one automatic expiration period to all records or backups. Administrators must review and remove information when it is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request requires it, subject to applicable law and platform obligations.
Disconnecting or deleting an item in the interface may mark it inactive or hide it without erasing its database record, files, logs, or backup copies. Privacy deletion requests are handled by an administrator and must account for those separate locations; the interface action alone should not be treated as complete erasure.
Disconnecting Accounts and Requesting Deletion
You can revoke Social Hub's authorization through the connected platform's account settings. For Google and YouTube, use Google's third-party access settings. For TikTok, use the app-permissions controls in your TikTok account settings. Facebook and Instagram also provide connected-app or business-integration controls.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information stored by Social Hub, email support@scriptoindustries.com with the subject "Social Hub privacy request." Identify the platform and account handle and describe your request. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive information. We may ask for limited information to verify that you control the account.
We process verified requests in accordance with applicable legal and platform deadlines. Deletion review includes relevant active records, media files and public URLs, queued jobs, retained logs, and backup copies. Where a legal obligation requires limited retention, we will explain the applicable limitation. A backup restoration must not silently reintroduce information already removed in response to a privacy request.
Revoking platform authorization prevents further authorized API access but does not, by itself, erase information already stored by Social Hub. Conversely, deleting information from Social Hub does not delete posts or account information held by TikTok, Meta, or YouTube. Use the relevant platform's controls to manage that information.
Cookies and Website Requests
Social Hub and its access-protection service use cookies or similar browser storage for sign-in, security, language, and other preferences. Blocking this storage may prevent the service from working. The current Social Hub installation has no configured advertising pixel or optional usage-analytics service. This privacy page does not embed an analytics tracker, although its hosting, fonts, icons, and network delivery still generate technical requests. Other Scripto Industries website pages may use separate website analytics.
Your Rights and Children's Information
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, export, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Social Hub is intended for authorized business operators, not children. Contact us if you believe a child's information has been provided improperly.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice or obtain authorization where required for material changes. Questions about this policy or our privacy practices can be sent to Scripto Industries, LLC at support@scriptoindustries.com.
